You may hold your place in a course by filling out and sending in the delegate information form. We will invoice you for payment due on August 22, 2006.

Please fill out a event registration form (a Word Document) for each delegate and submit to CRC either by FAX (719-495-6934) or e-mail. The event registration form may be download by clicking the word document icon. After submitting your registration form select method of payment below.
